Terms and Conditions for Asha Packers and Movers:

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between Asha Packers and Movers, hereinafter referred to as “Company,” and the customer, hereinafter referred to as “Client,” for the provision of packing and moving services. By availing our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding:

• Services Offered:
• Asha Packers and Movers shall provide packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and other related services to relocate the Client’s belongings from the origin to the destination address as specified by the Client.
• Quotation and Payment:
• a. The Company shall provide a detailed quotation to the Client, outlining the cost of services, including packing materials, labor, transportation, taxes, and any other applicable charges.
• b. The Client agrees to pay the total amount as per the quotation, in full, before the commencement of the packing and moving process.
• Packing and Moving Process:
• a. Asha Packers and Movers will exercise reasonable care and skill while handling the Client’s belongings, ensuring they are appropriately packed and securely transported.
• b. The Client shall ensure the availability of necessary permissions, clearances, and access to the premises for a smooth moving process.
• Exclusions:
• a. The Company shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damages to the Client’s belongings before the commencement of the packing process.
• b. Fragile and valuable items such as jewelry, cash, documents, antiques, and artwork should be handled by the Client personally.
• Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances:
• a. Asha Packers and Movers shall make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, accidents, road closures, etc., may occur.
• b. The Client shall cooperate with the Company during such delays and will not hold the Company responsible for any inconvenience caused.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• a. The Client may cancel or reschedule the services by providing a written notice to Asha Packers and Movers within a reasonable time frame before the scheduled date.
• b. The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the notice is not provided within the specified time frame.
• Client’s Responsibilities:
• a. The Client shall ensure that all goods to be transported are lawful, and no illegal or prohibited items are included.
• b. The Client shall be responsible for any damage or injury caused by hazardous, flammable, or perishable items packed by the Client against the Company’s advice.
• Dispute Resolution:
• a. In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising between the parties, they shall attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation.
• b. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution method.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India State Delhi. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of India State Delhi.

By availing our services, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time, and the latest version will be available on our website or provided upon request.
