Service availability may vary based on city, route, timing, vehicle availability, labour availability, and operational conditions.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations shared through phone, WhatsApp, website forms, or survey are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to revision if:

  • actual goods volume is higher than declared
  • pickup/drop location details are changed
  • additional labour is required
  • upper floors, no-lift access, narrow lanes, or restricted vehicle access increase handling effort
  • waiting time, detours, tolls, parking, storage, or special packing requirements apply

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a quotation is an estimate, not a final fixed price.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is treated as confirmed only after:

  • customer approval of quotation, and
  • advance/token payment, where applicable, and
  • confirmation from our team regarding date and slot availability

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings due to operational limitations.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses
  • disclose correct quantity and type of goods
  • inform us in advance about fragile, oversized, valuable, sensitive, or special-handling items
  • arrange building permissions, entry passes, parking access, and lift permissions wherever required
  • remain reachable by phone during the moving process

Any loss, delay, or extra charge caused by incomplete or incorrect information shall be borne by the customer.

6. Packing and Handling

We use standard packing materials according to the selected service package. However:

  • protection level may vary depending on material selected and budget approved
  • items packed by the customer themselves are moved at the customer’s own risk unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • used or old furniture, weak particle-board items, glass edges, and delicate fittings may already be structurally vulnerable

7. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Customers must not include the following in the shipment unless specifically declared and accepted in writing:

  • cash
  • jewellery
  • important documents
  • explosives
  • inflammable liquids or gases
  • chemicals
  • weapons
  • illegal goods
  • perishable goods
  • live animals
  • hazardous materials

We shall not be liable for loss, leakage, damage, confiscation, or legal consequences arising from prohibited items.

8. Transit Time and Delays

Delivery and shifting timelines are estimated and may be affected by:

  • traffic
  • weather
  • vehicle breakdown
  • road closures
  • state border checks
  • strike or labour disruptions
  • government restrictions
  • route conditions
  • customer-side delays

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses caused by delay where reasonable operational effort has been made.

9. Damage, Loss, and Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in packing, loading, transport, and unloading. However, our liability is limited in the following situations:

  • items not disclosed as fragile
  • internal damage to electronics or appliances unless visible external transit damage is proven
  • deterioration due to age, rust, leakage, inherent defect, or poor original condition
  • customer self-packed cartons
  • minor scratches, dents, or wear consistent with handling and transit risk
  • delays or losses caused by third-party carriers, authorities, or force majeure

Any claim for visible damage or missing items must be reported at the time of delivery and supported with photos, inventory details, and written complaint within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after that may not be accepted.

10. Insurance

Transit insurance or risk coverage, if offered, is subject to insurer terms, declared value, documentation, and additional charges. Insurance is not automatic unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Customers are advised to declare high-value items in advance and request insurance separately where needed.

11. Vehicle Transportation

For bike/car transportation:

  • customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle
  • fuel should be kept at minimal safe level
  • RC and ID documents may be required
  • minor transit dust, delay, or carrier-side procedural hold may occur
  • existing dents/scratches should be documented before dispatch

12. Storage and Warehousing

Where storage services are provided:

  • storage charges will apply as agreed
  • delayed payment may result in withholding of delivery or additional charges
  • perishable, illegal, hazardous, or undeclared high-risk goods are not allowed
  • liability during storage is limited to the agreed written terms

13. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation/refund, if any, depends on the booking stage and resources already assigned.

Typical cases:

  • cancellation before resource allocation may be eligible for partial or full refund
  • same-day or last-minute cancellation may attract labour/vehicle blocking charges
  • advance paid for confirmed operational booking may be non-refundable in some cases

Any refund commitment is valid only if confirmed in writing by our team.

14. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • submit false or misleading enquiry details
  • misuse contact forms
  • copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without permission
  • attempt unauthorized access to the website or server

We reserve the right to update, suspend, or modify website content or service information at any time without prior notice.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in relation to the website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
